Plenty of releases in short time

I recognized that you create a lot of releases in a very short time as one can see in the screenshot below. There are sometimes 8 releases per week. I like to monitor GitHub releases via GitHubs notification system to stay up to date about important changes from certain tools we use. But 8 releases per week whcih also contain "no changes" feel a bit like spam. Is there a reason why you do that? Can you maybe collect changes in PRs and release a bunch of them e.g. once per week or something like that?

That's actually how it works :)
There should be one release per week (on monday I think), plus if there is any issue worth fixing we might release some additional patches within the week, but in general it should just be once a week.
This period is a bit more busy because it's right after the 4.x release so there might be a bit more issues than usual 🙏

Yup, just wanna second this answer. Generally speaking, you can expect a minor release every Monday and then we sometimes do a patch release if we introduced a regression with high impact.

So, on average, our cadence is 1-2 releases per week. If it's still too much for you, then I'd recommend turning off the Github release notifications. We don't really plan to lower the cadence anytime soon as we mostly get requests to release more often rather than less.
