owlbot teams List all teams (by name?)
owlbot teams <team name> list the members of that team, their current project, and slack channel

owlbot teams add add a team with members

owlbot teams remove <username> <team name> Removes the specified user from the team
owlbot teams move <username> <team name> Moves user from their current team to a new team,

more details to 'owlbot teams add'
owlbot teams create <team name> <channel name> <username> ?<more usernames>? Creates a new team with team name, channel name, and at least one username; final arg is optional.

owlbot teams remove <team name> removes the team of ; removal only allowed by that teams mentors.

It's probably a priority given we just started team creation.
