[Feature Request] Add option to scan playlists in reverse order.

I think I found a strange case with playlists that I don't know if it can be called a bug because everything is working as intended. If you add https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLUW3LUwQvegxit4XMxUNW3qrRFmgP_aaT the, Self-Hosted playlist from Jupiter Broadcasting, new videos are not being added to TA like they use to be because for some reason the new videos are added to the end of the playlist now. So for example, if you have the Current page size set to 50 TA doesn't grab any of the new videos because they are below the 50 video limit and seen as "old". Right now the only way to get around this would be to increase the Current page size above the number of videos in the playlist.

A possible solution would be to include a reverse scan toggle on a per playlist basis.
