comment not updated "last updated correctly" for Service Contractcs

When you created a new comment, system not show that informmation correctly

System show date correcty, but not updated user name made last changes .,,

For example, if you add new comment in Service Contracts, system will still shows, the name of the penultimate user, but show data updated

this is intentional. I don't know if it is correct or not, but this is how the application works. I think it tells you that the record was somehow changed on that date, as it received a comment, but the last user who really modified the record itself is still the same.

we can discuss if that should be changed or not. Anyone else who has any comments in this respect... now is the time.
