Add a command that parses a 'chemestry twitch emote string' and generates a new emote.

Some context:

After some time spent on Twitch you start to render emotes in your head just by looking at their name even if you've never seen the emote before. For example HYPEROMEGALULW would be an extremely exaggerated version of LULW which is cut out version of LUL plus redness and glow in the eyes like in :tsodinHyper:. Further more I'm not even sure HYPEROMEGALULW even exists. Probably does, but it doesn't need to.

it's a naming system like molocules in chemestry

Could we dynamically generate these with imagemagick?
I mean put in the base emoticon, and then add your name system to modify them
