Is your comment an actual error message, or is it a suggestion for an error message?

I sometimes get confusing error messages like "ERROR: row 3 had 559 cols, expected 4000" on a input matrix that is completely correct, but with a large number of colums. However, if I reduce the number of colums enough, the error disappears and I get good output. I guess this is because cgmlst-dists runs out of memory.

Has there been an update on this bug (or is it something else)? I am currently trying to calculate the cgmlst-dists on a dataset of 55.000 isolates (rows) and 3002 loci (columns). I get the same error message as mentioned above with almost the same number.
