Running low in space

Hello,
I am trying to run valvetoptimiser on a cluster, but I keep getting error messages due to limited space. The optimiser is currently writing the output_data folders to my home directory, which doesn't have enough space. I want to use the bigdata section in our subscription, which has more storage space than my home directory. Could you please guide me on how to write the outputs to the bigdata section?
