CBBA: Improve Street Name Display on Maps

Currently, street names on the map are displayed in full, but there is a need to include references by popular or colloquially known names. The proposal is to incorporate one of these tags in OSM:

alt_name: Used for an alternative name that is also commonly used to refer to the same feature.
loc_name: Specifies a local name used colloquially by local people.
short_name: A shorter version of the name, commonly used in everyday conversations.
For example, 'Calle Guerrilleros José Miguel Lanza' could include these alternative descriptors to better align with local usage like just 'Calle Lanza' .
