shell_var sh function not defined

Hey guys, sorry if this is the wrong place, but I couldn't find another. (If this is the wrong place, you have my permission to beat Rod senseless as expiation for my sin. :)

I'm on d26791952(trueos-stable-17.12) and updated, but every time I boot I get this small error, along with the other openrc-type boot messages.

System works ok; so no rush, priority. Thought you might want to know about this to look into next time someone is working on the openrc stuff. Thanks!
