Using ZoomTransition in tableview

Hello, is it possible use this zoom transition from a tableviewcontroller to another tableviewcontroller?
My first controller presents a list but i don't know how to give to method the right photo . I ve tried this in a tableview controller where i have just one item , and it worked nice,effect was exactly what i was looking for. But how i can i pass my image properly, considering i am using a custom cell?
