I'm not sure if this is possible, since they might only have testing data for the US, but it would be very nice to be able to see how many people have been tested and what percentage tested positive/negative as seen here: https://covidtracking.com/data/

They do appear to have an API.

I'd warn that these numbers are hard to get and hard to compare since the reporting varies so widely state to state and country to country, but adding in the best available data is better than nothing
