Change name of AOU var to e.g. taxaId #108

The BBS uses the name "AOU" for their numeric species identifiers. This is misleading, as these are not the AOU/NACC codes.

Need to change the name of these vars across the board, and update the documentation to reflect this change.

I've removed language associating AOU with NACC(actual AOU codes)
