v2 torrent file not recognized

What is the issue?

When I try to load the v2 test .torrent from https://www.libtorrent.org/upgrade_to_2.0-ref.html, I get a popup error that says "Error Adding Torrent", "unrecognized info". The hybrid .torrent file seems to load and run just fine.

The v2 torrent works in other clients.

Which application of Transmission?

Qt app on Windows

Which version of Transmission?

Transmission 4.0.3 (6b0e49b)
