Include a style for printing the Add a feed pages

It might not be all that common, but there is a chance that someone would want to print the Add a feed pages -- particularly, the license page to see what they need to gather.

Currently, the page (on the development site), doesn't print very elegantly (alignment issues, footer displays, and buttons show as raw links). Looks like it could use a style sheet for when the page is being printed.

Here's an example from Chrome.

This might not be necessary for every page, but it's worth making sure that the two legal pages (contributor agreement and terms of service/use) are printable.
