.ts XML issue: Transifex is using < /> tags & QtLinquist isn't.

When one exports .ts files from Transifex it uses the </> tag which is now deprecated in Qt5. This creates a diff issue for our project

The guess is that you guys are not using any Qt tools like 'lupdate' but you just generate the XML yourselves. And that is what's causing the diff conflicts. And/or the two different empty forms may just be a configuration in your XML generator or even custom code.
