Pickaxe doesn't work reliably (Build 4762) #2065

Description

Sometimes Builder will make a hit animation but without hitting.
I'm aiming at a wood log or dirt tile and keep hitting without moving the mouse cursor. Sometimes there are "empty hits" inbetween that don't do anything.

This issue is pretty bad. In a crowded match every 3rd or 4th of my hits misses, making my gameplay really slow.

Also I have seen an issue where if I destroy a dirt tile (or stones or gold) it will sometimes play the "hit bedrock" sound for no reason.

The issue is likely some form of desync since the server has a stronger authority for pickaxe hits now. In particular, the delayed pickaxe hits seems to be the hit buffering logic being applied incorrectly.

Ok, I hope you fix this as soon as possible or revert the pickaxe logic to how it was, because playing builder in build phase is stupid with every 3rd pickaxe hit missing
