Missing winning notification on TDM #2047

Description

When one of the teams wins the TDM, no win message is displayed.

Reproduction

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Join TDM game mode
Win/Lose a game
After one of the teams is victorious. There is no global message on which team won

Expected Behavior

A global message should be displayed indicating which of the two teams won the TDM game.
