For sets of routes that arrive at the same time at the destination, so far, always the earliest connection with the same number of transfers is taken. This leads to very unreliable connections, even if there are more reliable connections.
Instead of always taking the earliest connection, take a route that maximizes the average transfer time (ideally with an additional penalty for very short transfer times).
