Cannot set constructor option as described in the docs.

According to the documentation, I should be able to do

tdb_cons_set_opt(cons, TDB_OPT_CONS_OUTPUT_FORMAT, TDB_OPT_CONS_OUTPUT_DIR);

but it tells me that TDB_OPT_CONS_OUTPUT_DIR does not exist.

I am able to do the same with

tdb_cons_set_opt(cons, TDB_OPT_CONS_OUTPUT_FORMAT, opt_val(TDB_OPT_CONS_OUTPUT_FORMAT_DIR));

instead, so no big deal, but something's out of sync here.
