how to fix mouse cursor to center of cross hair position when scale changed with mouse wheel

I use light weight chart and I want to fix cursor position to exactly center of cross hair but I can't find way to do this.
I already set rightBarStaysOnScroll to false but can't fix cursor exactly center of cross hair position.
How can I do this?
