A simple accounting system for customers with automatic generation of documents

Implemented on the TOTUM system accounting clients, automation of the log of services rendered, the formation of documents.

Due to an increase in the number of clients, there was a need to automate the process of forming a set of documents (ACP, invoice, instruction, etc.).

So, my goal was to replace the EXEL table with its WEB counterpart.
I searched for a solution to the following main parameters:

The finished project must work on the WEB;

The minimum of code to use in the development of the project.

In 2 weeks the system was live with 7 users, all data (a few thousands orders) from our EXEL were successfully migrated to TOTUM by importing from CSV. We also developed an automation solution for the documents preparation and printing, which significantly reduced the processing time (while working in EXEL the documents were prepared manually, it took a lot of time).

Result: The project was implemented by 1 person (confident user of the PC). Who does not have enough programming experience, I recommend using TOTUM to implement similar and/or other projects, the threshold of entry is quite low.
