= Scenario 1 =
I have:

  1. saved PDF file [1] locally
  2. opened it in the document viewer Evince [2] under Ubuntu [4].
  3. checked a checkbox in the PDF file [1]
  4. saved the file [1]
  5. closed Evince
  6. started PDFSam [3]
  7. opened the file [1] in PDFSam
  8. separated page 1 with the checked checkbox from file [1] and saved it as a separate file [1-1]
  9. opened file [1-1] in Evince

Status of the checkbox is NOT checked

I can reproduce this behavior on page 1 in form [1].

= Scenario 2 =
I have then:

  1. opened in the document viewer Evince [2] under Ubuntu [4]
  2. checked a checkbox in the PDF file [1]
  3. printed the file [1] in the "Print to file" dialog to the file [1p].
  4. started PDFSam
  5. opened the file [1p] in PDFSam
  6. separated page 1 with the checked checkbox from file [1p] and saved it as a separate file [1p-1]
  7. opened file [1p-1] in Evince [2]

Status of the checkbox is checked

= Question =
Is it a desired behavior of PDFSam in scenario 1?
