Various resources for Eclat Digital - Ocean Light Simulator
This is the start of a major spectroscopy absorption and emission data base. These are going to be all of my spectral and lab data files from all my experiments from my spectrometer prototypes from Hackaday.com
A backup of my evolving R scripts i write to process my research data. Data processing, thus far include climate data, thermal image and spectral data analysis. Please exercise caution while using these scripts and remember to adapt the code for your purpose or data.
Bucki is an Information System designed to hold campaign data obtained by field devices, such as imaging systems mounted over drones. The inclusion of rich metadata ensures the durability of data, enables the sharing of data between research groups, and makes it possible to implement several ai-based solutions for the real world.
Works of my spectrum data processing.
A tool for efficient processing of spectral images with Python.
An R package for reading Spectrawiz and Spectrovision spectral data files
A Python package for simulating and modeling astronomical sources from radio interferometric observations
Open source spectral database with citizen scientist in mind from all over the world :)
Here I will provide some of my work in My graduation Project
Various resources for Mitsuba 3
Low-Cost, Portable, and Plug-and-Play Multi-Spectral Prototype Design
Scala.js library to manipulate and analyze colors and color spaces.
Import spectral data and related metadata in R
Accelerated Structured Alternating Projections for Robust Spectrally Sparse Signal Recovery
A graphical software for interactive rotational factor analysis and visualization of two-way data, mainly intended for vibrational spectra.
A personal pytorch-based implement of HybridSN by Jupyter Notebook
This script calculates 89 indicies and calculates/visualizes the correlation beween the indices
