Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Monodeploy should be fast for large monorepos with 100+ packages. We need some way to measure and report on performance.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add a benchmarking tool similar to what we use in syrupy: https://github.com/tophat/syrupy/tree/benchmarks
