How to know if the RichTextView successfully loaded the content

i need to add an activity loaded while adding the you tube url. How to handle the show and hide on activity loaded on RichTextView?

Description

While having network issue, my uiView with subView RichTextView taking too much time to load the url. Mean time i need to add one activity loaded. mAnd need to hide once the content successfully added on the RichTextView.

Please help me to resolve my issue.
