Describe the issue
The innernet package doesn't stop or disable innernet@.service or innernet.target as part of the uninstall

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Install innernet
  2. Configure network and enable/start innernet.target and/or innernet@.service targets
  3. Uninstall innernet
  4. Check systemctl status innernet.target and innernet@.service targets

Expected behaviour
These units should be stopped and disabled as part of the uninstall.
