Add dropdown to projects

• Add the same dropdown as for organizations to projects

• remove + button in Organizations dropdown

I think we need to think about this a bit more, moving to design

I think it is good to add:

• Dropdown for projects (quick switch between projects)

• I would not add the possibility of adding a new project here (till it is not needed from users)

• Add project will be used just from time to time, and it should be used by an admin user (somebody who knows which projects are in some organization). I expect a Use case where an admin will come to the organization, look at all projects, and Add a project if it doesn't exist. He will even see more info about projects (in the future, some could be internal, public, etc.). I can imagine new action Duplicate projects could be useful, too.

• Dropdown for organizations

• It is better to hide + new org; it could lead to creating many organizations (which is more admin feature for settings)
  
  

It would be nice to do UI improvement of components:

• new colors
• margin up/down
• corners 8
• elevation-shadow
