Add Reactive Streams and Kotlin Coroutines to the core APIs.

  • StateRepository, UseRepository etc -> ReactiveStateRepository...
  • FeatureManager-> ReactiveFeatureManager

Finally add a Spring WebFlux support module and Kotlin Coroutines module for Spring users.
