Amplify the concept of Contributors #75

Contributors in projects are currently everyone who has commits in the project.
I think contributing to a project goes beyond having commits, and it should also include PR reviews as contributions for example.

Hi @ashleywolf, originally, I was referring to the one on the "main project page". See screenshot.

But maybe it could be added as well under the "Insights/Contributors" as a different metric

@jlprat Given that anybody with read access to a repo can do a PR review, how would you imagine differentiating between folks doing reviews that are meaningful to maintainers/as thoughtful contributions vs. the inevitable gamifying by spamming PR reviews?

I think people with any permissions "higher" than read should appear. That would diminish the gamification effects, while giving interesting insights on the community and its members.
