Bonding causes hail app to freeze

My steps:

• Run just the tests/hail app on hail
• Open nrf app on Android
• Connect to hail board via BLE
• Select "bond" in devices menu of nrf app after connecting

Result: Hail app stops printing sensor data to console.

Bond isn't really something we have tested in the past, and it might not work correctly, but it probably shouldn't stop the hail app from sampling sensors and printing the results. That might show a bigger issue.
