An example walkthrough of running core model experiments

Create a specific wiki / instruction link to point users to, that has a walkthrough for doing the scenario runs with a non-Python external core model. This hasn't been done previously because this part of the TMIP-EMAT workflow is so highly customized for the individual core model. But the lack of an example with a non-Python model leaves a lot for users to figure out.
