To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

look at suspended app tile that has an image

Expected behavior
should be grey-scaled & faded or something. I think that's how it was before a recent update

Additional context:

Ship type: planet
Instance type: self-hosted
OS/browser: chromium
