Horizontal Offest is Not working

Not able to get the horizontal scroll offset work. I am on version 7.1.0

Is it possible to create a small repo where you can reproduce the issue?
Can you also provide what version of angular and ng-lazyload-image you are using (you can run npm ls --depth 0 to get the list)
