Add the domain youtube-nocookie.com to the list of default values for sandbox_iframes_exclusions (the official enhanced security mode for embedding youtube videos)

🫶 What is the motivation?

Since websites have to be extra careful with cookies and privacy, it seems natural to allow embedding YouTube's videos from their official enhanced security mode domain.

🔗 What is the consequence of not having this feature?

The breaking change that occurred on v7.0 (sandbox_iframes from false to true) makes users from youtube-nocookie.com have to take an extra step in configuring Tiny (and that is not always straightforward if Tiny is part of another product). Since there are already exclusions for youtube domains that serve video, I think it's only natural to have this one included too.
