Fix bullets in the Editor

Bullet points and lists are SUPER BUGGY. Cannot delete them, cannot add more levels. This is especially happening when you copy and paste lists from Google Docs, Claud/Chatgpt or other external documents. Sometimes it happens and you copy and paste lists from other matrixflows documents too. You get into a state where you cannot delete bullets and you cannot reset them through clear formatting. Bullets do not indent and do not go up either. Usually, I go to Source and delete it in the html as this is the only option.
