tinymce6 : How to create a custom toolbar button with color picker like 'forecolor' or 'backcolor'?

I want to change the background color of a 'p' or 'div' tag, not the 'backcolor' format。So I create a custom plugin to do this job, but I couldn't find a way to create custom toolbar button with color picker, just act like 'forecolor' or 'backcolor'.
