the only documentation for sdl2::raw is looking at the original sdl2 documentation (https://wiki.libsdl.org/FrontPage) and the examples in the repo

if you have a good idea for how to make documentation for sdl2::raw without having to manually copy-paste everything from the wiki, i'd appreciate your input (or anybody else reading this issue)
