Add Pirsch analytics

I use https://pirsch.io/ for my analytics. I've installed it directly, but I am struggling to get proxying set up.

I would like a direct integration with the theme / pliny, so that I can just add my access key and have pirsch setup and working with full proxying support.

The alternatives would be to use another analytics provider, but I prefer Pirsh and want to stick with them.

Happy to get a get pull request for this or you can share with me the code that you use and I can probably integrate it in as one of the providers. Otherwise, it's a little hard for me to test and verify that it actually works. To proxy, I think you can use next rewrite and follow the instructions for cloudflare by rewriting the paths and modifying the script accordingly.
