Describe the bug
BeagleIM sometimes crashes when an account is disabled in the Accounts settings window.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open BeagleIM → Settings → Accounts,
deselect an account in the list,
sometimes BeagleIM crashes after disabling the account.

Expected behavior
The account is disabled, but BeagleIM stays running.

Desktop:

OS: macOS 12.6.5
Version: 5.3.5 (b177)
