Steps to Reproduce 复现方式

通过侧边栏右键菜单唤醒一个休眠的工作区，然后用「开启于新窗口」打开它，发现不会加载，过一会儿就这样了，然后窗口自行关闭。

切换过去发现报错是 listen EADDRINUSE: address already in use 0.0.0.0:5214
