I really like the Fuzzy Clock and de-DE-alt2 is a basically a good fit for Berlin area, however for the 40th minute of the hour we would rather say ZEHN NACH HALB NEUN, I have never heard anyone saying FÜNF VOR DREIVIERTEL NEUN although living here my entire life. Maybe a reason to start de-DE-alt3?
