Add Localization to Holiday Calendars

Calendarific has insufficient localizations, so we should load holiday names into Pontoon. We only want to do this for relevant languages though, not translate all holidays into all languages.

I think the strings for each calendar will need to be in a separate file and then we'll put the files into the correct language folders as in the example below from mathjazz:
