US Holidays calendar events have invalid end dates, do not appear correctly in Nextcloud Calendar

In Nextcloud Calendar, some events have end dates that are the day before the start date, so they only appear in the month view and not day or week views. The .ics file should be modified to prevent the end date from being a date that is earlier than the start date.
