I import a MBOX file, but nothiing happens #545

I have created a subfolder of local folders
2024-03-11 11_03_19-

Then tried to import a MBOX file from my local PC:
2024-03-11 11_04_55-Importazione file mbox

I select a file, then nothing happens.

How can I troubleshoot?

Thanks for the post.
I see from your screenshot you are using an old version of ImportExportTools. Can you identify the versions of both ImportExportTools and Thunderbird?
Also what is the source of your mbox file.
Does it ask to select the file?
Can you post the console output?
