Link to a specific image in album view

Link to specific image in album

I'd like to be able to link to a specific image, such that when someone opens the gallery, it pops up with that image open, and they can then navigate to the rest of the album. This would probably mean adding a hash to the url; it doesn't matter if the hash remains once you open the page, as long as there's a button I can click to get it. It might also be smart to simply have a button that copies the url to the current image on clicking it, so it can be pasted elsewhere.
