Feature Request: Temporarily unsubscribe

I'm not sure if others have this problem, but sometimes when things get posted I know there's going to be a quick influx of responses, and I don't want to get an email for all of them. But I still want to get them later on down the line if there are updates posted to the same thread.

So I propose a feature to "temporarily" unsubscribe. Perhaps the unsubscribe button provides a dropdown and says something like: "For 1 hour, For 1 day, For 1 week, For Forever"

Thoughts?

@jakecraige I think that's a pretty cool idea. There are a few things I'd rather get done first, but if someone wants to tackle this, I think that'd be great
