Drop Down Menu

Hello,

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not. I have a pop up card for music, with a Pandora radio stations drop down menu. the menu itself is longer than the pop card dimensions so it gets cropped. I do NOT want to increase the height of the pop card, because there will be a lot of blank space when I'm not using the drop down part of the pop up.

Is there a way to use something such as overflow: visible, to have the menu extend outside the boundary of the pop up card dimensions?
