  1. With graph showing upside downside variance, here vs other companies.

Bonus isn't on top. Salaries are decided by a variance band around the average cost to company per resource. It isn't communicated as such, coz the lower bound will require cutting salary and that causes emotional turbulence. Instead, the lower bound is communicated as the salary.

Here we have expanded the width of the band.

  1. In other companies, the growth path is linear. Here it is exponential.
