  • Expected behavior and actual behavior.

Homebrew maintainers expected the download url would not change contents but it seems
the hash of the file release file for 6.0.0 changed between the first recorded use in:
Homebrew/homebrew-core@610ed5b
and the current download where the checksum is 5960ccf64b42c23400720ccc880e2f205677ce9457f747ef758b598acd64db5b.

If this was intentional, that's fine. I just wanted to check to ensure nothing got compromised, since
the git manual says re-tagging is "the insane thing" to do.

  • Steps to reproduce the problem.

  • Specifications like the version of the project, operating system, or hardware.

I think I may have recreated the distribution provided at http://www.music.mcgill.ca/~gary/rtmidi/ shortly after the release because there was a problem with the xattributes. But nothing changed in terms of the code.
