Reverse Geocode latitude longitude with Geotools using Natural Earth Shapefiles #92

It would be nice if geotools could be able to give country codes based on latitude longitude.

The Natural Earth website provides many public domain map dataset.

The most interesting one (from my request point of view) is "Admin 0 – Countries" which provides coordinates from the 247 countries in the world.

I saw equivalent question on gis.exchange for a Java implementation.

There is also many more maps that could be useful for others. A sort of plugin usage ; downloading corresponding files ; would be a plus.
